Personnel Division

The mission of the Personnel Division is to secure fair treatment of employees and applicants in all aspects of personnel administration without regards to race, national origin, sex, religious creed and with proper regard for their privacy and constitutional rights as citizens.  To develop and implement personnel policies, procedures, and programs in an equitable, efficient and economical manner in accordance with public law.  To  provide insight and technical assistance to management concerning the structure and operation of the classification and pay system.  To establish the organization’s workforce goals and requirements based on budget allocations, work load and economic conditions and to plan for a workforce that is best suited to the need of the organization
