Relocation Assistance Program
This program provides services to tenants whose apartments have been condemned by the City Plainfield’s Health Office, Division of Inspections, or as a result of damage caused by a recent fire which resulted in the need for relocation.

- Application: Complete and submit an application. Supportive documentation requested upon receipt.
- Cycle and dates: Applications accepted throughout the year
