DCA Opens Online Application Process for Tenants of Cyclone Investments 
Affected by Recent Condemnations 
The New Jersey Department of Community Affairs has created a virtual application for anyone affected by the recent Cyclone Investment condemnation.  Tenants can now apply online for services such as help with housing search, security deposit assistance, and more.  
Condemned buildings include 701-711 Kensington, 715-727 Arlington, 501 West 7th Street. Tenants of 515 West 7th Street can also apply even though that building has yet to be condemned. Affected residents can visit  https://forms.office.com/g/LEh8Th3TgJ to find the application or scan the QR code below. Thank you.
