Voluntary Recall of Nutramigen with Probiotic LGG Powder Infant Formula!


The New Jersey WIC Program has been informed by Reckitt/Mead Johnson, the formula manufacturer, that select batches of Nutramigen LGG powder, due to a remote possibility of cross-contamination with Cronobacter sakazakii in product sampled outside the U.S. No illnesses or adverse consumer reactions have been reported. The impacted batch codes are in the list below.
